Ombellifére

About:

A slouchy lace beret worked in the round. With it’s beautiful spiralling mesh lace and simple stocking stitch crown, this hat is a lovely knit.
Ombellifére is the French name for the plant, Cow Parsley. During a competition to name this hat, Racoonims – a brilliant French test knitter, said it reminded her of Ombellifére and she won the competition! Thank you for the pretty name Racoonims!
